You will be notified via confirmation email within 7 days of receipt of this Application and applicable fees if you have been approved as a Vendor for the 2025 Butte County Fair. Credit cards will not be charged unless you have been approved.

If you have liability insurance you can upload below. If you do NOT have insurance you will have to purchase through the fair, made out to Butte County Fair. Cost for insurance is $150. Insurance is due to the fair by August 1st.
