When you register you will be added to a Waitlist, don't worry we have room, this is a formality so that we can review applications. You will will be notified via confirmation email within 7 days of receipt of this Application and applicable fees if you have been approved as a Vendor for the 2023 Butte County Fair. Credit cards will not be charged unless you have been approved.

All Applicants: Utility Requirements: The use of splitters is not permitted!

Must be approved by management. The volume level will strictly be enforced at the discretion of fair management.

If you have liability insurance you can upload below. If you do NOT have insurance you will have to purchase through the fair, made out to Butte County Fair. Cost for insurance is $145. Insurance is due to the fair by August 2nd.

Pease attach a proposed menu including prices for approval.  Vendors will only use the menu submitted during the event. If selected as a vendor, you may submit a revised menu for consideration. Applications will not be approved without a menu. Menu can also be emailed to [email protected]

RV w/ electricity & water (Wednesday thru Sunday) = $150 ($45/per additional day)
